Good morning everyone,
Today I’ve recorded a lovely pregnancy yoga taster to practice during trimester 2 and 3 of your pregnancy. You may want to leave out the downward dog if you’re in trimester 3.
This is a great morning/wake up routine but it can be practiced any time of the day if you prefer. If you’d like a longer practice you can link this to some of my other routines.
