Today is the last in the series of 6 pregnancy yoga sessions. This week you can relax, lie down and listen to the words. I will read a beautiful script to relax your mind and body. At the end there is a section on positive birth affirmations. I hope you get the chance to follow these, and afterwards to make some of your own and use during your pregnancy and birth.
